Music Ministry

ECHO was founded in 2001 by student Kristy Faulring. Her intent was to organize the enthusiastic musical volunteers from each Mass into a cohesive choir. It has since grown into a wonderful group of people sharing their love of music. Each of our Masses has it’s own group of music ministers and it’s own style. From folk to traditional, praise hymns to classical pieces, ECHO offers a place for each musician.

Though the letters in the name do not stand for anything in particular, we like to think that our music echoes far beyond Mass every week. We celebrate our mission of prayer and praise to God.

The St. Thomas More ECHO music ministry provides an essential part of the liturgy every week by leading the congregation in song and worship. We invite any and all people, voices and instruments, experts or beginners, to join!
